Community Cohesion 1: Healthy Eating Project
This project was published on a DVD. On the disc, there are 8 recipes for Healthy Eating, in an easy Visual Learning format, devised by the Kingston NHS Primary Care Trust, implemented by students at The Holy Cross School, and trialled and developed by people with learning disabilities at Lambeth College.
As they are in digital format, they can be freely and easily adapted for the individual needs of users.
Some of the items are available on-line by following the links below.
Included on the disc are:
- Aims and Objectives of the project
- Logos and Administration, including Consent Forms
- Project Reports, detailing the development of the project
- The recipes
- The recipes translated into Korean by students at Holy Cross. This has two purposes: to provide support for Korean speakers in the Kingston area, and to provide an example of how the recipes might be translated into any language
